Are you a planning leader who thrives on bringing order to chaos, developing processes and tools, and collaborating with a multi-disciplined team to align on a plan? Oxide is in a period of exceptional momentum and growth. We need demand and supply planning processes that enable our operations to efficiently scale with customer demand. We’re looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to own our operational forecast, align that demand signal with key partners, and implement a process to efficiently communicate the plan of record. You’ll be the connective tissue between sales, finance, operations, and our contract manufacturing partners – making sure we know what to build and when to build it.
As a Demand and Supply Planning Manager at Oxide, you will:
Generate and publish our master production schedule (MPS) that will drive our supply chain.
Work with sales and finance teams to ensure data consistency across multiple systems (SFDC, ERP).
Establish methodology to reflect confirmed orders, pipeline deals, and baseline forecasts in a consolidated demand signal.
Ensure forecast provides visibility by configuration for items that drive long lead time material decisions or significant impact to manufacturing resources.
Define and implement a materials requirement planning process to ensure we are clear to build to meet customer commitments.
Maintain our existing item master list and ensure data integrity during ERP implementation.
Improve our existing process materials planning process to factor in alternate part numbers, configurable products, and design revisions.
Refine our sales & operations planning process by defining roles & responsibilities, the review cadence, and defining key inputs & outputs.
You will thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in demand, supply, and materials planning for complex electronics
Are familiar with contract manufacturers in the electronics industry and how to align production schedules across their internal teams
Enjoy ideation, implementation, and iteration of new processes and tools to align plans across groups and organizations.
Understand the goals of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with experience planning across multiple time horizons.
Balance ambiguity and conflicting inputs to make the optimal plan.
Possess the discipline to define and execute on set cadences while holding stakeholders accountable to their deliverables.
Have the technical and analytical skills required to understand complex demand scenarios, supply constraints, and material dependencies in a rapidly changing environment.
Believe in fully documenting your ideas & enjoy reading the documentation produced by others.
