Are you someone who enjoys being at the intersection of technical and business problems? We are seeking a solutions architects who can work with Oxide customers, prospects, and partners to understand their needs and help show how Oxide can address them.
As a Solutions Architect working at Oxide you will:
Work closely with Oxide customers and prospective customers, building deep relationships across their teams, determining their needs, and constructing the appropriate solutions to meet them.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders within customer IT organizations, from executive and organizational leadership through application development, operations, security, architecture and deployment teams.
Develop comprehensive customer deployment plans, including data center facilities prep, network integration, operations tooling, and developer onboarding.
Take responsibility for a customer’s success from earliest planning through operational deployment and successful integration with their IT systems and teams.
You will thrive in this role if you:
Enjoy seeing technology used to solve business problems — and love filling in the gap between what a technology can do and what a business needs
Have experience in pre-sales roles in either (or ideally, both) on-premises and public cloud deployments.
Are intensely curious about different kinds of applications and modalities for customer deployment
Have a disposition towards showing a prototype of what a customer deployment and migration might look like
Enjoy communicating with a variety of audiences, with comfort discussing technical details and business value — and the connections between them.
Don’t mind coworkers getting really excited about decades-old computers.
